Ellies birthday present

I haven't done a show and tell blog in an age and I  am preparing one right now so you can see all that I have done but as a taster here is what I made Ellie for her birthday.

This is the pattern.  Cute right?

I am a little disappointed with both.  They do not seem to hang nicely.  I think the fabric was too thick.  Would be better in a thin poly cotton I think.  Hey ho.  I am still learning.
