Weigh in day


I am still doing my weight watchers diet but I have not been as careful as I had been. Today was weigh in day and I have not lost anything for 2 weeks!

I need to get back on course.  I have lost a total of 1 and a half stone since I began 4 months ago.   

As soon as the weather improves I am determined to get out and about on my bike which should help.  I might also find the alternative diet book that I had a few years ago which is not about dieting in the traditional sense but is about breaking habits.
