A quick blog this morning just to let you all know that Alfie is fine. He went back to see the Vet last night and they had received the results of the tests carried out on his lump. It was benign and as the whole thing was removed, there is no further treatment necessary.
The Vet says that his stitches will probably be another week before they start to fall out but they are healing well and beautifully clean. Alfie doesn't even seem to be aware that they are there.
We are thrilled that he is ok and I shall phone the insurance company sometime today to get a claim form.
Right, I have ironing to do now, I'll probably be back later.
