Well once again it has been a very busy few days for me. I was in school yesterday and Monday from 8am until about 3pm. The exams went OK. I have one more to do on Friday afternoon and then I am finished until January.
Today my intention was to get loads of housework done as everything is behind again because I have not been here to do it. Unfortunately it hasn't quite gone to plan as Simon is at home today with a bad head and has been asleep on the settee in the living room, so I couldn't hoover. Then Coralie came round for a while and we sat chatting. Usually I do some ironing while we chat but I hadn't got that far on with the washing today.
Anyway, I have got most things done now and I even wrapped up some Christmas presents while Simon was asleep and I couldn't do anything else. I have started to write on my Christmas cards too. We are receiving a few each day now so I am reminded that I need to get on and get mine sent. I still need to go out and buy some more presents too. I don't think there is much more that I can get on-line.
Tomorrow Coralie and I are going up to Stevenage to see my Dad and visit Mum. That means another day where I won't get anything done, so Friday will be catch up day. I have quite a few trips to make to Stevenage over the next week or so as there is a meeting with the consultant about my Mum on Monday, then her ward are having a Christmas party on Sunday the 16th and we are planning a family get together with my Dad on Sunday the 23rd.
So....busy, busy, busy. I haven't even had time to think about what I would like for myself although everyone keeps asking me. OK, I have finished my coffee and I need to write on a few more of those Christmas cards before starting on dinner. Hopefully catch up with some of you tonight.
