What a grotty day! It has been quite cold and has rained on and off the entire day. British summer, don't you just love it! I have not felt very good either. I had an early start in school and invigilated all the year 10 science exams. It took until lunch time to do all the paper work and parcel them up ready for the postman tonight.
By that time the headache that I woke up with this morning was really quite bad and threatening to become a migraine, so I made arrangements with one of the others to cover this afternoon . I came home and apart from doing a couple of jobs when I first got in, I have been laying down.
Everyone in school was asking me if I though that I was going down with something, but I don't think so. I think it is probably due to a stressful day yesterday and a lack of sleep as usual. Basically, if my family would leave me alone and give me some peace and quiet, it will probably go. Sometimes it seems like it is Picadilly circus round here!
I will be so glad when this exam season is over. Only 2 more days. Tomorrow is just the morning so hopefully I can begin to get a few jobs done in the afternoon. We are also having coffee and cakes tomorrow with the Head Master and his Deputies as a thank you for all our hard work. I don't wish to sound ungrateful, but I am not much into these kind of things. More money would be a better Thank you!!
