Since I customised my Yahoo page with the georgeous little Bunny and his slogan “it’s all about me” which I found on the internet somewherer; I have seen him popping up all over the place on other peoples blogs. He seems to have lots of different slogans.
I decided to research him to see if I could find out more about him and what he is called. Apparently he is from a series of books called It's Happy Bunny, By Jim Benton. There is also lots of merchandise for him, stickers, posters, badges etc.
Happy Bunny is a small, smiling bunny, often varying in color, with a slogan printed at his feet. His appeal lies in the fact that most, if not all, of the slogans are apathetic and sometimes offensive and derogatory. Example slogans include "You smell like butt", “Run along and die now," and "You suck and that's sad.". The first Happy Bunny slogan was "You suck big time."
Jim Benton has written three It's Happy Bunny Books: Love bites, Life, Get one, and Whats your sign?. These books are targeted towards teen audiences and should not be mistaken for children's books. I can’t wait to get hold of them. Christmas pressie idea? Yes, I know it says they are targeted at teens but I like him hes cute!
