I have attempted to have a go at the Mono Monday challenge again this week. Not very successfully at all! I have used 2 different photos both taken in Madeira last summer.
This first photo is of Monte Cathedral. That is me in the bottom right hand corner before I walked up all the steps.
I'm not sure how I got this end result as I just messed around pressing every button going! I'm not really happy with it. I think it's time to concentrate on learning and not just clicking every possible option. The trouble is, I don't seem to have the time to devote to learning all the techniques properly. This Photoshop stuff is really complicated. I can't get to grips with layers at all.
This second photo is of the flower sellers outside the market in Funchal. The lady on the left was having her lunch!
With this one, I turned the image around and cropped it. Then I made it sepia..... then... well... I'm not sure! I did darken it and made it matte but then I kind of lost what I did! I liked it though so I added a frame.
