Oh dear

Well it has been a good day, lots of jobs done and lots of blogging time!  I made some fairy cakes and a loaf of bread that for once has turned out quite well.  I will perfect this eventually!  The beef stew that I made for dinner was delicious.  I can make a very good stew if I say so myself!  It's one fo my favourite dinners.

As you can probably see, I have been messing around with my page again!  With the help of my very good friend Dixie, who checked the code and sent me the correct bits for the padding figures, I managed to get back my title bar.

I played with the figures a little more myself and managed to get back the top line of navigation buttons, the bottom 2 were still hidden, but Dixie said she would take another look for me. I also manged to change the code for the font colour in the title bar myself!

It was starting to look good.  I logged off while we had dinner....... I came back, logged on and as you can see the picture that goes at the top where the title bar is has gone, along with the boxes and the animated buttons down the side!

I have no idea at all what happened!  With any luck Dixie may get me sorted again.  I can't thank her enough for the work she has done for me and the help she has given.  I'm beginning to see how this CSS code stuff goes......... just a tiny bit!! 

Go and have a look at Dixies page, she has a wonderful blog and talks about many things.  She is suffering ill health at the moment and things aren't easy, so I'm sure she would like some extras "hellos".

Simon has just gone to collect Saskia from the station, she is at Uni until 9pm on a Tuesday!  Her train gets in at 10.15pm and we don't want her hanging around for a bus.  Silly really as she lived abroad for years and when she lived in Paris she used to travel on the Metro regularly late at night!  When she lived in Puerto Pollensa (Majorca) she had quite a long walk back to her house, along dark roads, which she often did alone!

Right it is about time to get off of here and read my book before bed time.  Night, night.
