OK, I know it's Monday but I have had a busy weekend!!
Today's Friday Five submitted by Seashell & Jojo. These are GREAT questions !!

Home Sweet Home:
1. Are you a local yokel or a nomadic gypsy? How many places have you lived as a child? As an adult?
Well, I think I'm a bit of both. I lived in the house that I was born in, until I got married. A total of twenty years. When we first got married we moved about a bit and lived in 4 different places over a period of 4 years. Then we moved here, where we have been for 21 years! 

2. Growing up, did you have one household to call home or do you come from a split or blended family?

One household

3. Do you live near your parents/grown children/ other family and/or childhood home now?

Those children who have their own places all live locally. My parents live an hours drive away down the A1.

4. What type of area/housing do you live in i.e.: urban, suburban, rural, apartment, house, duplex etc. etc.?

A bit of both! We live in Peterborough which is a large Cathedral city. We are on the edge of the city though and the open countryside is about a quarter of a mile from us.

5. Did you ever expect to be living where you are today and are you content there or do you aspire to be somewhere else? If so, where?

I love Peterborough and think that it has a lot going for it. We would like to move slightly further out into the country side in one of the villages. Just have to work out how to afford it!! Maybe in a few years time when all of our children are settled and we can have a smaller house.
