Just a quickie blog. I had the boys yesterday and it was all a bit of a disaster! Neither of them are that well, they have streaming colds. (I am over dosing on Vitamin C and Echinacea at the moment to try and ensure I don’t get it!) I was looking after them at their own house but after only an hour the workman began doing stuff in the house next door. The hammering and drilling were bad enough although Evan didn’t like it. Then they set up some sort of electric saw thing in the garden and the noise was horrendous. It gave me a headache but Evan was petrified. I had no choice but to bring them back to my house.
That in itself was a nightmare! The push chair is kept in the garage. Just try opening up a strange garage with one hand whilst clutching a yelling Flynn on one hip and having a yelling Evan swinging from your leg!!! NOT FUN! I got them in it finally and set off. Another nightmare! Coralie has swapped her pushchair with a friend who is on holiday. This new pushchair is a monstrosity. It is hard to push after a while and it gets you odd looks from everyone you pass. It really is that large and that ugly!
By the time I got back here my wrist was killing me. I ended the day with a headache, back ache, hip ache and wrist ache! Great day! Neither of the boys were their normal self’s so it wasn’t going to be a good day. I hope things improve! They did both still make me laugh at different time which was just as well as otherwise...... Good job they are cuties.
Anyway, house is a mess so I am having a half hour day again. I have lots of time as Simon has a parents meeting tonight and won’t be home until about 9.30pm. He will have had dinner so I don’t need to cook. Goodness knows what I will have. I don’t like cooking for 1.
I shall do some more wedding blogs later. Are you all going crazy yet?? LOL! I did also do a “My day” blog with photos but I don’t want to post it in the middle of the wedding stuff.
