Just to let you all know, that I am not well at the moment. I didn't feel well on Thursday when I went to see my Dad and then on Friday I felt really rough. I was very achey and had stomach pains. Towards the end of the day I also had cystitis.
By the evening I was really unwell and after Simon speaking to our GP's surgery on the phone, he had to take me to the out of hours centre. I wasn't too impressed with that, as I was feeling so grotty!
They ran a few tests and it would seem that I have some sort of big infection going on in my body, for which they have started me on antibiotics. What concerned them more was that my blood pressure is very high.... 211 over 103. They couldn't get it down and wanted me in hospital.
I wasn't going for that, so they have let me come home as long as I remain in bed until Tuesday when I have an appointment to check what my blood pressure is doing and possibly to change the antibiotics when they have the tests back.
I am feeling really grotty, which is why I haven't been on here over the weekend. Just thought I would try and do a quick blog and catch up! Right, have to go now as I am feeling very peculiar when I sit up for too long. My heart starts racing!
