I can't believe its Friday!! The week has disappeared from me again. AND.... it's only 32 days until Christmas. I think even Wendy is more organised than me this year. I don't know what's wrong with me, I can't seem to get motivated.
I have not been too well this week but I have still been busy. On Tuesday I went to Sam and Lisa's house to look after Ellie while Lisa went to a job interview. Ellie was a little angel. We played for a while and then she fell asleep om the sofa next to me and slept for 2 hours, only waking up when her Mum got back.
Wednesday, I was really quite rough and spent most of the day in bed. Yesterday, I felt a bit better which was just as well as I was in school all day. I was invigilating 300 year ten students doing science modules. These are a part of their GCSE exam. It went OK, but there were quite a few administrative problems. Too many in fact to go into. I came home, tired and stressed and not feeling too well.
Next week I am in school all week for the year eleven mock exams. I am really not looking forward to this, but it is only mornings. It would have been better for me if it was just afternoons! Today I am trying to catch up on all my housework as I am way, way behind and the house is being over run by piles of washing and ironing and dog hair everywhere. I am going to see a friend for a drink this evening, although I shouldn't really drink as I am on antibiotics!
Well, I have finished my coffee now, so I guess I should get back to the chores. One last thing.... a couple of observant friends have noticed that in my Tuesday thirteen blog, number 7 is missing. I must have already been feeling poorly! Although as I added in an extra one at the end there are still thirteen things!
