Another quick blog! I have not yet returned to school and to my invigilating and am still considering if I shall continue on a permanent basis, or not. Having said that, I am going to go in tomorrow and next Thursday which are the 2 days left of this round.
The thing is, I don't like the new school as it is just too big and impersonal and I also don't like the woman who is currently covering the exam officers job. So, we shall see. I have done it for over 5 years and it has been a good source of extra income, but I feel maybe now is the time to call it a day.
I have spent the last 2 days catching up on chores (again!) They say a woman's work is never done and that seems to be correct; particularly when you have 3 dogs in the house! I have done a few extra jobs today. I washed down all the skirting boards which were quite dusty and grimy. I also sorted out some stuff to go to the charity shop.
Coralie came round for lunch and we had a nice chat. She is fit and well, although feeling quite tired at 18 weeks into her pregnancy. She had a scan done yesterday while she was working and she may actually be a few weeks further on than they thought, but time will tell.
I am going to prepare dinner now and then get on with my embroidery for "BOB". It's a farm yard scene with a pig, cow, horse, sheep and cockerel. This is it below, although I haven't finished mine yet!
