Hello everyone, I hope you are all having a good Saturday. I have been feeling quite miserable the last few days. I have a lot of problems at the moment with my Mum who has alzeheimers and is going down hill fast. Fortunately, my sister and I have managed to get an appointment with her consultant on Monday to get some advice.
I don't really feel 100% well at the moment either which is probably just stress. I am head achey and shakey and sicky feeling...............and so tired all the time. ( I never sleep well). Maybe it's the dreaded "menopause" rather than stress, I am 46!!
Anyway, hopefully the sleep situation will change soon as we have been out this afternoon and ordered ourselves a new matress. We have gone for the new Tempur ones with the memory foam. These are supposed to react with your body heat to cradle the body in a natural position. They are supposed to be good for virtually every ailment! I am just hoping that I will be able to get some sleep on it! Anything more than a bout 3 hours would be great.
It is being delivered on the 11th of December and I am already excited at the prospect of a decent nights sleep. My Dad said yeterday that he believes that if you get a good nights sleep then you can cope with anything. I hope he is right as I have quite a lot to cope with at the moment. Thanks Dad for giving us half the money.
We weren't out too long and we didn't brave the city centre to do more Christmas shopping as it was just too busy and I didn't feel up to it.
Tonight, I am hoping to just relax and do some more computer stuff and blogging. I am still trying to teach myself html coding. I also want to find out about the ECDL courses. I have thought about doing this for a while, just for my own interest. My friend Willy is doing it and he says that it's interesting.
Well, must go now and get on with some research. Simon is doing dinner tonight. We are having home made pizza. I am not a fan of pizza, but Simon's homemade ones are totally different. He makes them with a delicious scone base and puts on all my favourite toppings including anchovies. Yummy!
