The stuff dreams are made of!
No blogs since Tuesday! I have just not been in a blogging mood. I have checked out and commented on other blogs though, so I have been around.
I have been busy doing all the normal house work stuff. Simon and Josh and Saskia all finished school on Wednesday. Since then Simon has mostly been at his barn getting some car ready for the show that he has been at since Friday.
Saskia came round on Friday and ended up staying the night with me. That was nice the 2 of us had a Chinese take away. Sam and Lisa also called in with Ellie and we all walked up to the post office. Yesterday, Coralie and I and baby Evan went to Sam's house in the afternoon to look after Ellie for a while, so Sam could do some jobs.
We walked over to the nursery school where Ellie goes a couple of afternoons a week. Sam said it was their summer fete. When we got there it was all closed and no sign of a fete! Turns out he had the wrong day. Men! We had a lovely afternoon with my 2 grand babies and Ellie was very sweet and gave Evan some of her toys, although she would take them right back again!
Today, I am going to do more house work chores although I am very tired and don't really feel like doing anything! I think I am still feeling a bit sorry for myself! Goodness knows what time Simon will be back. Hopefully there may be time to sit in the garden once the hoovering is done.
