I am joining in Gators challenge which is to produce something with a remembrance day theme to honour our fallen . Here in the UK We have Remembrance Sunday which is always the nearest Sunday to the 11th of November. There are parades, church services and ceremonies.
Of course today is actually Remembrance day, or Veterans day as my friends across the pond call it. At the 11th hour of the 11th day, of the 11th month, we shall remember them........
The photo is of my Dads elder brother Ronald Leonard Sansum who sadly died in world war 2. I never knew him, but I think of him each year on this day as I am sure does my Dad.
