Yesterdays theme as you all know because you have done it, was fireworks. I chose that because it was Guy Fawkes day here in the UK. I did promise to tell you about that but I think you all have it figured out now. Plus I don't have time today and also Chris did a fantastic blog with all the historical detail so if you still don't know what it's all about you'll have to go see Chris!
I wasn't even sure if I would be able to take part with my own photo as we never go to any of the organised displays. There are usually about 3 somewhere in the city. I don't actually like fireworks! They all look pretty much the same to me. You've seen one, you've seen them all!
However as luck would have it the rugby club in the park behind my house had a large display which we were able to view from the comfort of our living room. As fireworks go it was pretty good although VERY loud. Some of the explosions actually made the windows vibrate. We know this because Josh and I were hanging out of the window! Me to take photos and Josh to take a video on my Bloggie camera.
Neither have turned out that great! I do like this photo though which has turned out quite weird. Looks like I must have moved! LOL!
At some point today I will post the video so that if you wish you can waste 6 minutes of your life watching a black square occasionally exploding with coloured splodges! Enjoy! I will also endeavor to take part in todays challenge which is: A photo of something that is still growing in your garden.
