Monday second edition

I wrote this during the day yesterday but run out of time to post it as I was at Coralies new house in the evening helping to get the boys rooms painted.  She wants them to be done before they move in on Wednesday.  I can’t see it happening myself as we only managed 1 coat on Evans room and it needs a second coat.  We didn’t even start on Flynn’s room!  My half hour system worked well though and I got lots done.  I am using it again today although later on I have to go out.  Coralie wants me to go with her to check the carpets have all been done properly when the carpet fitters finish.  There is a story about a carpet fitter in our family!!!!  I’ll tell you another time!

It’s half past midday and I am back again having my “me” half hour, I have a cup of coffee and a couple of chocolate digestive biscuits* which I found in the fridge.  Simon must have got them yesterday when he was out.  They will make a good lunch! I have been out in the back garden clearing some more of the tomato plants.  I have taken photos of the sauce making too so I think I will put the recipe on here.  I haven’t done that in ages.  Haven’t done a book review either despite always reading something. 

I have washing on and bed linen from earlier this morning is now drying.  I shall have ironing to do later.  I also need to hoover at some point.  I do always manage to get lots done when I stick to my half hours.

I am going to enter some competitions now.  I am behind on that.  Then I need to tend to my farm and my zoo animals.  Then maybe sorting photos........... Oh no, time to work!

I have stripped all beds and got it all in the wash.  The final load is on now.  I have done some ironing and hoovered the top level so my half hour system is going great.  I have read quite a few blogs this morning and I have as I said earlier begun to delete some peeps.  I was up at 45 people which is too many anyway.  I am down to 36 now I think. I’ll take a look again later.  There are more to go.

I have just started a holiday blog so I may actually post my holiday photos today... you never know!!!!   It is 3pm and time for my next half hour work stint.  I am going to continue with the hoovering and I should be able to get it all done.

Breaking news..... Just heard from Coralie that they are now officially home owners and they have got the keys to their new house.  John has gone over to start painting the boys rooms.  We are going to go tonight to give them a hand.  Ok hoovering......................

*Just realised that there will still be chocolate digestives in the fridge now.....got to go get me one!
