I started writing this about the middle of last week! It didn't get finished or published because I haven't felt like doing anything. Why do colds make us feel so pooh? Anyway, thought I would put it up today. I have done other things but they will have to wait until next week.
Its ok, but like I said I wasn't that happy with it so I looked around to see what else I could do and came across something called a fabric yoyo which is easy peasey so I have made one of them. Well 2 actually as the first one wasn't quite right. I think these will look good pinned to a T shirt. Might make some more. These are not actually finished as they have to have a bead or button or something sewn into the middle. I'll show you next week.
I finally finished off the tin foil bead bracelet that I started ages ago. Its ok but not totally successful. Ellie likes it!
I have painted another tin can and planted a baby cactus in it. I think these look quite good.
That's all the photos for now. I have finished Evans bunting and will show you what it looks like on the wall next week. I am half way through several sewing projects all of which will have to wait until next week too.
Our sewing session with Denise was on Friday and I had got as far as I could with Ellies dress on my own so I was glad to see Denise. She taught me how to do the facings and reminded me how to do zips.
I have made a start on my dress now too. Should have lots of photos next week, hopefully! Just need to get rid of this stupid cold and get some energy back!
