It's time to join in with Mono Monday and Plus again. I have got a little bit of time as I have got lots done. My bread is cooked and looks to be a success and my fairy cakes are made ready for icing, so it's time to sit at my computer with a cup of coffee.
The first one here is my attempt at the Mono challenge. The original is a duck taken last week at Abbotsbury Swannery.
This is a sort of jazzed up version that I did last week in Picnic. It is nothing to do with Mono Monday but I liked it.
This is my finished version which I am quite pleased with. I tried to copy what the Gator had done with his duck which is so beautiful. See it here:GATOR I couldn't replicate that twinkle in the eye though. That is so clever. You will have to view Gators page to see what I am talking about.
Next is my attempt at the Plus challenge. This is difficult as I don't really know what you are supposed to do for it and everyone elses photos are so good. It seems you just mess around until you get something you like.
I chose a photo of The Laxey Wheel on the Isle of Man, taken in March. I am in there too. Then I messed around with it and basically messed it right up! I don't like it but I can't work out how to change it so that I do. Never mind better luck next week and at least I like my duck
