Can you believe I have another wretched cold virus?  Ok, so it is the first one this year but it is exactly a month since the last one.  I looked back through my blogs and from around the middle of December to about the 21st I was laid low with a horrid cold virus.

This one started  yesterday when I woke up with a sore throat.  By yesterday evening it was obvious that I had a full blown cold.  This morning I feel terrible and am aching all over.  I have got dressed but I have gone back to bed.  I don't have the energy for anything.

I thought maybe I could sit in the living room and do some embroidery but I can't summon the energy.  My plans today had included getting out for a bike ride and of course the sewing lesson with Denise.  Both are off the agenda now.

Its bright and sunny out at the moment although bitterly cold.  It would have been a good day for a ride.  I was really looking forward to going to Denise's house too and getting my bags sewn up.  I think that will be next week  now as Coralie doesn't have any more free evenings this week.

If I can get the energy to sit at my desk top computer later I will do the Photo theme.  If not, well I'll be playing catch up again!  Nothing new there!  I don't have any photos on this mini computer.

Hopefully normal service will be resumed soon.
