Half way through the week already and moving towards half way through the month too. Only 15 days to go to the BIG one! Did you get that Wendy....15!
I have been busy with all the normal house work most of the day but I did get a few hours spare this afternoon and I have been working my way through some old photo albums and scanning photos. It's great fun and very easy. It's wonderful looking back through all those years. I will be posting lots of photos over the next week but for now I just had to share these 6.
They were taken at my Mum and Dads house at Christmas 1981. Our Samuel was 13 months old and his cousin Ben was 8 months. Basically they had a little falling out over an empty film box!
Ben has the box but it looks like Sam wants it.
Sam takes it and Ben isn't happy!
Sam has it now so Ben decides to attack the Christmas tree.
Sam grabs hold of Ben to pull him away from the tree.
Now Ben is really upset, he can't have the tree or the box.
Samuel is victorious!!
Aren't they a great set of photos? I will hopefully have time to put up some more later but I'm not sure how much time I will have as I am expecting Lisa and Ellie any time now. They are coming for a few hours as Sam is doing some work for Lisa's parents this evening. I think he is building cupboards.
I have dinner already cooking for when Simon gets in which should be very soon too. I am trying out a new dish called sausage and lentil sizzle. I have always said that I don't like lentils but in all honesty I don't think I have ever actually had them! I will let you know what I think.
