And so autumn begins! Summer has gone, August is over and the new month of September is already on its second day. I’m not having a great day. My plans for a half hour day have not worked out as I woke with the same headache that I had yesterday.
I have been pottering which basically means that I haven’t really done anything! I have done some washing and a quick tidy of the kitchen. I also watered the tomatoes and picked some too. I picked 6 chilli peppers which I am now drying in the oven.
I have finally got everyone’s wedding photos on my computer so I have begun getting them into some kind of order. There will be many duplicates to weed out. We do not have the professional photos yet but lots of great snap shots. I am going to post the ones of the hen party shortly. That seems like ages ago now....guess it was!
There is only just over 5 weeks to my birthday! Only just over 8 weeks to the arrival of our new little bundle. Then it will be downhill to Christmas! 16 weeks and 2 days I think. Best get shopping! LOL.
Simon is due home at 5pm this evening and the plan is to make a quick visit to the allotment if the rain holds off. We need to check a few things and no doubt there will be a few things we need to harvest. I shall be coating myself from head to toe in insect repellent. I get quite worried about going there in the evening now.
Ok, going to get me a cup of coffee now and get on with more photo sorting.
