It is day 8 of the “photo a day challenge” and today’s theme is: A picture of a flower/plant in your garden. I have chosen one of my patio roses. They are still blooming and some are still producing new buds. We are waiting for them to finish so that we can re-pot them.
As you can see it has been raining....again! According to our, oh so reliable, weather forecast the rain has supposed to have gone away for a few days. In fact they had said that we were going to have 2 beautiful days of unseasonably warm weather with the temperature possibly even getting up to 70 degrees Fahrenheit! Unbelievable? Yeah, it was! Today is grey and grotty. It isn’t cold but it is a long way from 70 degrees. You need a jacket on if you are going out.
I am still not feeling right. I still have a bit of a cold and my sinuses are still bad. The worse problem is the lack of energy. I just don’t seem to have any get up and go. I had planned a half hour day for today to get some jobs done but so far the “me” half hour has lasted about 4 hours! I can’t see that changing.
As it is Friday Simon will be in at 3.30pm so maybe that will help to get me up and going. We’ll see.
