I am still not really well. I thought I was a bit better on Monday and then on Tuesday when I looked after the boys I was ok but only running at about 85%. By late afternoon on Tuesday I was feeling pretty grotty then I was up most of the night being sick. NOT GOOD.
I have no idea if it was part of what I had already got, some new bug or something to do with the flu injection that I had in the afternoon. The list of possible side effects does list sickness but then it lists more or less every malady known to man, except flu! It does list “flu like” symptoms!!
Anyway I was back to square one with the cold virus yesterday and my chest was tight and my sinuses painful so I had a lazy day. It has been pretty much the same today except I now have a cough to add to my list of ills. I am really hoping that it will go away soon as it is my birthday on Sunday and I was hoping for a nice weekend. I have children visiting and a family dinner.....hopefully!
So I have done nothing all day apart from a bit of sewing. I haven’t even been here checking blogs....no energy. I missed yesterday’s photo challenge as well so I am going to do 2 today. Yesterdays was: 6 - A picture that inspires you
This obviously isn’t my photo! I love the sun. I must have been a sun worshiper in a previous life or something. It may seem a bit of an odd choice but I do find the sun inspiring. If the sun is there, nice and bright and warm it gives me enthusiasm for the day. I can do anything, therefore it inspires me!
Today’s is: 7 - A picture that makes you cry
My Mum. A recent photo taken by my Dad. Seeing my Mum makes me cry. I don’t think I need to say anymore.
