Thank goodness the wind seems to have finally stopped. It is even quite bright this morning. It was driving me mad last night with the noise. I haven't listened to the news so I don't know what the forecast is for the rest of the week. Hopefully it will be improving.
So far today I have done some washing and ironing. I am just having coffee and then I am going to begin on spring cleaning my bedroom. It will probably take a while so I may do a half hour on and half hour off system. It helps to keep me motivated.
In between the cleaning I think I will do some embroidery. I only got a little bit done yesterday as the dogs were half sitting on my lap! That doesn't make it easy. I want to do some family history research today too.
I have got plenty of time as Simon won't be home until about 8.30pm as he has a parents evening. His 3 job applications have so far resulted in 2 interviews. One is next Tuesday and the other next Thursday. he is still waiting to hear from the 3rd school. Hopefully something will work out for him.
Right time to start that spring clean. The feather duster is on the floor next to me and it's making me feel guilty, especially as I can see the cobweb out of the corner of my eye that I noticed yesterday!
