Lots and lots to get done today, so I'm getting in a quick blog before I have even got up and washed and dressed. Going to work with my half hour system in the hope of getting lots of chores done and also lots of "me" time.
I want to make some cakes and a loaf of bread. I have lots of washing and ironing to do and all the normal cleaning. My bedroom needs a good sort out and tidy as well. I seem to accumulate piles of "stuff" in there.
Simon won't be in until about nine tonight as he has his welding course straight after school. There is just Joshua and myself here today as Saskia has set off this morning for her first day at University. She is doing a Bachelor of Arts degree with a dance specialism (obviously!) at De Montford University, in Leicester.
She decided in the end to live at home and commute each day as this was a cheaper option than living in halls. I hope she catches the train on time this morning! She has an easy start as it is enrolment day and she doesn't have to be there until 11am. She should only have to do 4 days a week at Uni so she will continue to teach dance at the Voyager School on her spare day each week, this will give her some more cash.
Joshua still has another week to go before he too sets of for Uni. He is going to Bedford and will be living in halls. He will be moving down there on Saturday. It's not too far away and he is keeping his car, so I expect we shall see lots of him.
Right, time to get washed and dressed and on with a half hour of jobs! Back later!!
