Quirky tag

I have been tagged! I am supposed to tell you 6 Quirky or Boring things about me, that you haven’t read about before.  Here goes..................................

Here are things that make me quirky yet boring (?)

1. I sleep with a large lump of Amethyst under my pillow.  It is said to aid sleep.  It doesn't seem to work for me, but I can't risk my sleep being even worse if I don't keep it there!

2. I copy all my blogs to my hard drive.  I have also started to print some of them as I think they will make an interesting addition to my family history box.

3. I can live without makeup.

4. I am very emotional and get upset easily.  The slightest thing good or bad has me in tears. Even things like Eastenders sometimes!

5. I am awake until at least 4am regardless of what time I went to bed.  I am not a morning lark, I am a night owl! I could sleep for half the morning given the chance.

6. I like the security of order.  Everything has it's place in my cupboards and everything has to be done in a certain way and a certain order.  EG. I have to hoover from the top of my house to the bottom.  Sometimes if Simon does it he will start down stairs in the hall. I hate that.
 It never feels like it has been done properly! 

If the kids are at home I get infuriated that they put things away in the wrong place in the cupboards.  I wouldn't mind but everything goes in exactly the same place that it has for years.  I never change things around.  I couldn't bare to rearrange the furniture it would make me feel really uncomfortable.  I know someone who rearranges hers nearly every week.
