Shag (copy)

Whilst searching the Internet to find out more about Mark Ryden and to view his work, I came across a gallery called Outre, which seems to be Australian and an artist named Shag. I am impressed, his work is really modern and really bright and colourful. Very cheery indeed.
This is called Three Monkeys and is a limited edition of 250 prints. it is obviously the artists version of the "See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil. I really like it.
A bit more research has thrown up the following information:

Outré Gallery

We are Australia's original alternative gallery dealing in contemporary international pop, lowbrow, pop surrealism, street, tiki, modern folk, retro with a twist and underground art. They are based in Melbourne, Australia. The website is definitely worth a link, see link above.
The artist Shag is a man named Josh Agle born in 1962. He is an American artist known by most followers by the nickname “SHAG” which is how he started signing his paintings in 1987 (derived from the last two letters of his first name, and the first two letters of his last name). He's best known for comical, richly-coloured cocktail and tiki-themed scenes reminiscent of the slick commercial art of the 1950s to mid 1960s. Take a look at his very colourful website at: Shag.
The picture above is of Shags latest work and is called LA Modern (night)
